NoPalm Ingredients Wins Award

We are humbled to have won the Fi Global Startup Innovation Challenge in the Most innovative F&B ingredient or Processing Technology Category.

We received the award today at the Fi Global Ingredients Europe Conference in Frankfurt after a series of pitches to a jury comprised of seasoned F&B experts.

A huge thank you to the jury for your challenges and thought-provoking questions during the process. Also, a big shout out to Sophie’s BioNutrients for winning the “Most innovative plant-based or alternative ingredient category” and Allozymes for winning the “Most innovative service or technology supporting F&B category”!

It was truly inspiring to see and meet so many inspiring entrepreneurs today. Someone recently asked me whether we were hopeful for the future of our planet given recent publications on #climatechange. We answered that we were pessimistic when looking at the lack of actions from governments and corporates, yet hopeful when looking at startups/scale-ups.

Hearing the stories from Moolec Science, SACCHA, Sophie’s BioNutrients, Time-travelling Milkman, and UPDATE Foods Co Ⓥ during today’s pitches strengthened our belief that entrepreneurs will bring the solutions to our global climate change challenge.

There’s hope, and we encourage all of you to take a few minutes to check the companies above, see what they’re up to, and get inspired.
