Semi-solid fermentation-based oil suitable for food applications

REVÓLEO™ Soft is a refined and deodorized microbial oil produced by non-GMO yeast fermentation. It can replace vegetable fats like palm oil, palm olein, shea butter, or even cocoa butter but also milk fat in a wide variety of applications

  • Ingredient: Yeast oil  

  • Form: Fat, semi-solid

  • Dosage recommendations: Can replace up to 100%  

  • Color: Beige/light yellow 

  • Odor: Mild

  • Semi-solid at room temperature (20 degrees)
